A fast-track office renovation in the heart of Lancaster city centre. Glazed partitions were removed to create an open-plan office space.

Damp issues in the walls were addressed, and the entire space was repainted, with feature wall colours added to each room.
Updated lighting was installed, and electrical power and data sockets were reconfigured to accommodate the new furniture layout.

A new staff breakout area was created, featuring a larger kitchen with a 4-in-1 hot top facility. Carpets in the offices were replaced with new ones. The space was thoroughly cleaned and handed over on schedule, ready for the furniture installation.
