Project Details
The initial phase comprised of five live units at the World Freight Terminal located at Manchester Airport.
The scope of works included scaffold, edge protection and safety netting, roof light replacement, cut edge corrosion treatment, gutter linings, Giromax roof coatings, TOR cladding coating and full external redecoration to all elevations
The project has received fantastic feedback from both the tenants and landlords and has prolonged the units condition for the years to come. The project faced many logistical challenges due to the nature of the tenants works and operating hours but with ample consideration towards logistics and working direct with the tenants the works were delivered both on time and within budget.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with Mike and the team on this project. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, Inco maintained clear communication, to us, existing tenants and the Airport, ensure all were kept up to date on progress. They were always proactive in addressing any concerns and ensured that the work met both our expectations and high industry standards. As the before and after photos show, the units have been transformed, a true testament to their hard work.
